WALKING PILGRIMAGE - SATURDAY 30th AUGUST.

St David Lewis Pilgrimage – 30 & 31 August

This pilgrimage begins at Our Lady & St Michael (Abergavenny), following the 10am Mass on Saturday 30th August, following the Brecon & Monmouthshire Canal towpath to Llanfoist, then joins the Usk Valley Path through five village churches, and finishes at St Mary the Virgin (Llanfair Kilgeddin).

  • Predominantly flat canal & river-valley paths
  • Regular places for prayer at each church
  • Wayfinding: yellow canal-towpath arrows & white Usk Valley Walk otter-head symbols
